This session is great for service managers and technicians, who have little or no formal training in sales, even though they are on the front line with customers, as well as for HVAC salespeople and CSRs.  This session will lay out a simple system that you can use to take ownership of and execute on each sales call.  By learning this system, you’ll spend less time with people who are not going to buy.  You’ll also leave each meeting with either a yes or a no, or explicit mutual agreement about the next step.  In addition to this selling system, we’ll compare and contrast it to the buyer’s process and how their process harms you.  You’ll learn how to control the sales process.
